Louis H. Khourey
Founding Partner
Louis H. Khourey is one of the founding partners of Gold, Khourey & Turak. Khourey was a trial attorney and represented clients with Personal Injury and Social Security claims. Khourey is now retired.
Khourey received a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Chicago in 1971. In 1974, he received a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law.
Four years later, in 1978, Khourey and attorney David Gold, founded the law firm of Gold & Khourey. Their goal was to build a law practice that focused on protecting the rights of Ohio Valley citizens. Today, Khourey’s vision continues with Gold, Khourey & Turak. GKT serves as the voice for any Ohio Valley resident who is injured or killed because of someone else’s negligence.
Khourey is a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Church in Wheeling, West Virginia. He assists in the coordination of Mahrajan, Wheeling’s annual Lebanese Heritage Festival, and supports the Cockayne Farmstead fundraising efforts. Khourey serves on the Board of Directors of the Wheeling Symphony and is a past president of the Board. Khourey is married to Charlotte (Howard) of Cameron, W.Va. Together, they have two children.
