Jeremy McGraw

Personal Injury & Nursing Home Abuse Lawyer

Jeremy McGraw is a personal injury and nursing home abuse lawyer at Gold Khourey & Turak.  Jeremy has represented seriously injured and damaged individuals in many different areas of the law.

When a person suffers an injury due to the careless actions of another or at the hands of corporate greed, Jeremy knows what it takes to get justice for his clients.  While justice can be measured in different ways, Jeremy understands that in many situations the law measures justice by the type of results he obtains in his cases.  Jeremy’s focus is always first and foremost on getting those results.  With multiple million-dollar settlements to his name, people can count on Jeremy to obtain the results they deserve when the stakes are highest.

While Jeremy handles all types of personal injury cases—from car accidents to workplace, industrial and oil and gas injuries—Jeremy’s passion is his focus on nursing home abuse and neglect cases.  Jeremy understands that the decision to place a loved one with a nursing home or other care facility is never an easy one to make.   Nursing homes serve a very important role in our society.  Many families simply don’t have the ability or resources to care for those that need around the clock care.  Those families trust nursing homes to provide their loved one with not only exceptional care but to treat them with dignity and respect.  When that trust is violated and a loved one is injured, Jeremy knows that the damage can be far-reaching.  In his own words:

You can hear the pain in the voices of sons, daughters and spouses when their loved ones have suffered in a nursing home. They’re hurt because someone they love has been hurt and they’re angry at the people responsible. These people often feel guilt as well - guilt because they believe they should have prevented that suffering. Those people are not to blame, they trusted that the nursing home would do the very things they promised to do. They trusted that the nursing home had their loved one’s best interests at heart. Many times, their loved one suffered simply because the corporate financial structure care too much about their bottom line rather than the well-being of their residents. When nursing homes put profits over people, they need to pay and that is what I am here to do.

In addition to his extensive personal injury practice, Jeremy has the knowledge and experience to handle a variety of nursing home abuse and neglect cases involving the following injuries and more:

  • Bed sores
  • Falls
  • Medication errors
  • Malnutrition / Dehydration
  • Dehydration
  • Mental, psychological, or sexual abuse
  • Financial abuse
