Abilify
Abilify is widely used to treat depression and other mood disorders. The drug has also linked to compulsive behaviors. We are looking at claims where a person used the drug and had a gambling problem with documented losses of at least $25,000.
Depakote
Depakote is a widely used anti-seizure medication. If used during pregnancy, it may cause birth defects. These birth defects may include spina bifida, cleft palate, skull malformations, skeletal defects, and serious heart defects. Zofran is used to help combat nausea during pregnancy. We are looking at cases where women were using this drug in the first trimester of pregnancy and gave birth to an infant with serious birth defects– primarily heart defects and skeletal defects.
