We represented a husband and wife that were hit head on by a tandem truck. The husband underwent multiple surgeries to repair fractures to his femur, hip, and mandible. Although the wife’s injuries were not as severe, she was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder resulting from the emotional stress and anxiety of the accident.
