If you are a law enforcement official or fire department personnel, we ask that you R.S.V.P. for this year’s picnic by September 5, 2006. It is not required that you R.S.V.P. to attend the picnic, but this will help us to plan accordingly. You may R.S.V.P. a number of ways: 1. Sign the sign-up sheet hanging in your department 2. Call our office at (304) 845-9750 or (800) 388-2529, or 3. Complete and submit the form below. If your department does not have a sign-up sheet, please contact our office and we will deliver one to your department. We look forward to seeing you and your family on the 16th.
