During his 12 years with the West Virginia State Police, Corporal J.A.
Laing has received specialized training in a variety of areas, including
Drunk Driving Prevention. He is a former runner-up in the Trooper of the
Year Award and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the WV
Troopers Association.
