West Virginia State Trooper, Tom Wood, watches closely as Ben Estep performs the heel-to-toe test		After further review, it was determined that Ben failed the test. Trooper Wood places the subject in handcuffs and under arrest.
More than 80 Juniors and Seniors participated in the schools first Booze & Cruise, You'll Lose program.		At the conclusion of the program, John Werhle and Mark Major sign autographs.
