Mountaineer Baseball Adopts PONY Baseball Cutoff DateDecember 5, 2005 At the monthly scheduled meeting on Sunday, December 4, 2005, the Mountaineer Baseball Association voted to adopt April 30th as the change in the cutoff date to determine league eligibility, as recommended by PONY Baseball. The previous date was August 1st. The April 30th date will be effective for the 2006 season. Mountaineer Baseball officials have also agreed to allow each organization the option to decide whether or not they will allow parents a one time opportunity to move their child up one year. |
