IV.     BOUNDARIES

1. Upon approval and acceptance of permanent lines, any changes which can not be worked out and agreed upon by the areas involved, must be approved by the M.B.A. Appeals Board.
   
   
2. M.B.A. teams are not permitted to participate with any League(s), unless approved by the Board of Directors.
