Kevin Flanagan joined the firm in 2009 as an experienced litigation in both the public and private sector. Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1994, he went to work as an assistant prosecutor in the Belmont County Prosecutor’s Office. There, he worked closely with local law enforcement and other state agencies in the prosecution of many criminal cases.

During his tenure in the prosecutor’s office, he was recognized as an outstanding assistant prosecutor in 1999 by the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association. In 2001, Kevin embarked on a career in private practice in the areas of personal injury and employment discrimination. In 2009, Kevin joined our firm to further assist clients in personal injury cases such as automobile accidents and work related injuries. Kevin also continues to represent employees who are wrongfully discharged in various types of discrimination cases.

In 2001, Kevin also began serving as an acting judge for the County Courts in Belmont County, Ohio.
He is a member of the Ohio

Association for Justice, the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association,the Belmont County Bar Association as well as the Ohio State Bar Association. Raised in Bellaire, Ohio, Kevin graduated from St. John Central High School and received a Bachelors Degree in public relations from the Ohio State University. In 1994, he graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law.
